Soul Creative Movement is an invitation to your Self.  During the three day workshop we will dive deep into creation – How do we create with full permission and pure embodiment? Creation comes through movement – What makes us move both internally and externally? We invite stillness to create cohesive alignment within.

Come with curiosity to explore your inner space for deeper connection . . . grant yourself full permission 

Sessions will include : guided meditation, breath work, yoga, free movement, Reiki, deep relaxation and creative activities.
