Today, my studio is located at Goldmark Cultural Center in North Dallas, where I exhibit, work, and heal. You can also find me at local art fairs and markets throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

My visual practice spans fused glass, canvas, works on paper, and mixed media pieces that incorporate everyday and reclaimed materials. Through both intimate handcrafted works and larger experimental forms, I explore themes of presence, responsibility, and care for the natural environment.

Alongside my art practice, I offer body-based work including yoga, meditation, Reiki, and guided breath-based sessions. These offerings extend the same inquiry that guides my visual work: cultivating balance, awareness, and connection. Whether through art-making or embodied practice, my intention is to create spaces (physical and internal) that support restoration, clarity, and a deeper relationship with self and surroundings.

Studio Threshold remains an evolving threshold between making and sensing, observing and participating. An open invitation to pause, notice, and reconnect through art and body work.
